Projects

Tracked projects: the list of WorkflowMax jobs we've explicitly flagged as "active projects worth watching", enriched with Jira epics where they exist.

Reading the table

Each project row shows:

• Name / Client — copied from the WFM job.
• Budget hours — from WFM. Blank if not set on the WFM job.
• Logged hours — sum of WFM timesheets against the job.
• Jira epic — the linked Jira issue key, where attached.
• Status — Active or Archived.

Adding / editing projects (managers)

Managers see an extra column with edit and archive buttons.

Add project — pick a WFM job from the dropdown. The job's name and client are filled automatically.

Link a Jira epic — type to search by epic title or issue key. Selecting one wires the project to that epic so future reports can join Jira data.

Archive — hides the project from the default view. Archived projects can be unarchived from the "Show archived" filter.

Delete — fully removes the project. The WFM job and its timesheet entries are untouched — only the dashboard's tracking row is removed.
